Payment is required at the time of ordering.
If there is a supply problem with a product you have ordered eg; it exceeds the estimated delivery time or is discontinued we will contact you.
Cancellations to orders must be emailed or phoned in quoting order number and surname.
Please keep your receipt as this is your proof of purchase and may be necessary in the unliklihood you wish to return a product.

Whilst every effort is taken to ensure prices and descriptions are accurate we cannot and do not guarantee or warrant that any information on this website is accurate, complete or timely and reserve the right to cancel any order that is deemed to be inaccurate.
All products ordered online are to be picked up from the surgery. If you do require delivery we may offer it in special circumstances and we ask that you contact the surgery via phone or email to organise this.
